But unfortunately nowadays there is a big delay every time we go there. Waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive through, even when its not busy, is a big put off. We understand many staff left and there are new staff, but even when its not busy we seem to wait a long time!

They have changed to paper straws, with no option for plastic. There is nothing worse than drinking from a soggy straw with a papery taste. When you bring back plastic we will be happy to visit again, until then we won't be getting any drinks.
